We knew there'd be a wait so we got there early, like 4:30 (we have a toddler). No wait, we were sat immediately on a Saturday night. Server greeted us right away and took our order immediately as we already knew what we were eating. Wife and I got the AYCE snow crab legs and our son got the grilled cheese sandwich. Our meals were delicious, but what really shocked me was our son ate the entire huge grilled cheese, as well as an ear and a half of corn. All the food was hot and delicious, we sat eating for an hour and a half and never once felt rushed. Great food and great experience.
Delicious food and great service. Their boardwalk fries are so good, better than Thrasher’s and I looove the cole slaw, tastes just like mother’s. Crab cakes were moist and flavorful, best eaten with a pinch of Old Bay and lemon juice. So classic, so delicious.
First time having crabcake, and it was pretty good. Everything was really good, just wasn't too much of a fan of the mac and cheese. Besides that, good prices, good atmosphere, and would definitely recommend!

I’m from Baltimore and I must admit, these are the best lump crab cakes I’ve eaten in my 35 years of life! No filler was found, lol! The sauce was yummy, even the coleslaw was divine!!!! We will be back!!!:)
A group of us visited the crab cake factory west location while in Ocean City last week. We were pleased to have found seats at the bar at dinner time on a Saturday night and were promptly greeted by a friendly bartender. I had the half of a chicken and 8oz crab cake, this was the best crab cake I’ve ever had. My only gripe of our visit was that our crab nachos ordered as an appetizer came out at the same time as our main course. I would go back again in a heartbeat, but wouldn’t order another appetizer after this experience of all the food at once.
Had to get a crab cake before heading back home. The crab cake did not disappoint!! No filler paired with a brisket green beans and coleslaw. Sonny boy had the spare ribs chips and fries. Try the salted cantaloupe martini for a great refreshing martini. Ask for Jacquelyn amazing service and great food. We'll definitely be back.
